Membership of the association is open to all gardeners whether they are allotment plot holders or not. The membership fee is £6 per year (2022) and includes group membership of the National Allotment Society.

May update 2

Plants available.
A small number of kilaton cabbage plants are available from the allotment shop.  These are club root resistant plants and, as always, will be sold on a first come first served basis.

Not quite ready yet but available soon will be:
- club root resistant calabrese plants
- gardeners delight tomato plants

May update

The shop at Prices Lane is now open on Wednesdays 6pm – 7pm 
as well as the usual Saturday opening 10am – 12 noon.

The 75L bags of Clover compost are proving to be very popular and we have now received our second delivery of the year.  
Bags available at £5 per 75L bag.

We now stock 2.6m wide butterfly netting at £1.80 per metre as well as 1m wide pea and bean netting at 25p per metre.

We also have large packs of pea gravel available at £3.50 per pack.


Preparations for the Annual Show are well advanced. We have sponsors for all the classes and the Schedule will be available shortly.

Tenancy Agreement. Please note that the deadline for the return of the signed tenancy agreements is the end of May not March as per the recent letter.

Compost bins.  There are still some large, plastic compost bins available to plot holders.These are available on a first come first served basis.  Please ask at the shop.
